Our office and field teams work together indefatigably to ensure our clients expectations are exceeded. Ed McLeod

President / General Manager

Ed's primary responsibility is to ensure that all lines of business are running efficiently and our clients are getting impeccable service. With over 20 years of carpentry experience, Ed is usually in the field leading our supervisors and doing whatever it takes to exceed the contractor's expectations. He is continuously involved on all projects to ensure superior service, highest quality and timely delivery.

Erik Anderson

Vice President / Senior Manager

Erik strategically develops operations and processes that allow our team to exceed expectations while maintaining budget and schedule. He is focused on strategic planning, maintaining trusting relationships, identifying potential problems early and assisting in providing prudent and timely recommendations for efficient delivery. Erik's role is to supervise and coordinate operations to ensure the project team has the resources they need to be successful.

Mark Marino

Senior Project Manager

Mark is responsible for overseeing all phases of the construction project and the main day-to-day point of contact for our projects. During pre-construction, he develops cost estimates and schedules including value analysis and identifying any cost saving concepts for the contractor. Once construction begins, Mark is responsible for coordinating submittals, schedules, RFI's, owner direct purchases and resource allocation. Having worked so many years in the field, doing both hands on work and supervision, Mark has an exceptional understanding of what it takes to successfully complete any project.

Renee Morris

Office Manager

Renee plays an integral role in ensuring others are able to do their jobs effectively.  She’s responsible for supervising, coordinating and assigning the daily activities of clerical and administrative support staff, ensuring work is finished timely.  Her role is multifaceted and includes accounts payable and receivables, payroll as well as planning meetings and events.
